  • To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Exchange Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@tinyfluffthelabel.com within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • Exchange requests received after 1 week will NOT be entertained 
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
  • Our team will assess your request and provide further instructions.


Exchange Window

You must initiate the exchange process within 1 week of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted


Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
