Eligibility for Returns

Return Procedure

Return Window
You must initiate the return process within 5 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
